Fare, booking and boarding
The return trip costs $10, paid in cash at Guest Services. The fare is bought with a Great Canadian Rewards card, and membership in the card program is free. Reservations open 48 hours before a trip and close at 8:00 PM the night before. Riders without a booking are not taken on board.
Every rider must be 19+ and carry government photo ID. The shuttle is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are allowed. No shuttle runs to Casino Ajax, 5.1 km away in a straight line. Its nearest scheduled DRT stops sit on Kingston Road at Alexanders Crossing, where Bus Rapid Transit construction can move stops with little notice.
Getting there by bus or train
Durham Region Transit route 917 runs along Bayly Street between Pickering Station and Ajax Station every 30 minutes. It passes Church Street, the corner of the Durham Live district. The nearest scheduled stops to Pickering Casino Resort are "Bayly Westbound @ Church" and "Bayly Eastbound @ Church".
Pickering GO and Ajax GO are stations on the Lakeshore East GO line. Bus and train riders skip the shuttle's booking rules, but the casino still asks for a valid government photo ID and a secondary photo ID at the door.
